This also includes monitoring and intervening to stabilize a potentially violent conflict before an outbreak by acting to address the root causes of the dispute. It’s aimed to establishing mechanisms that detect early warning signs that may help to predict impending violence and also it is the process of using planned coordination to prevent the creation of conflict when delivering humanitarian aid and in the process of development.
